With Open Beta launching we will be fulfilling your digital items from the Kickstarter, here's how it will work:
- Starting after launch you will receive an email with one-time use digital codes from Backerkit, our fulfillment partner (we suggest you add "no-reply@s.backerkit.com" to your safe senders list).
- Each code is related to items you backed in the Kickstarter.
- The Backerkit email will have instructions to go to www.mirrorscape.com/redeem to enter your one-time use codes.
- If you backed multiple items you will need to enter each code individually.
- You will be creating a new user account on the Mirrorscape website which will also be your new app account going forward. This can be different than your beta user account.
- Be sure you log into both www.mirrorscape.com/redeem and the Mirrorscape App with the same login.
- At the completion of the process you should download the app and go to your Library to check that all your items are present.
- Any issues with the Backerkit emails or redemption of codes for the digital items you backed can be sent to support@mirrorscape.com!
